- The articles must be in original condition, i.e. in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. The clothing must still contain the label.
- Articles that have been personalized (sublimated, printed or embroidered) will not be taken back, exceptions to this may occur. If in doubt, please contact our customer service department.
- Report your return online in advance via the form at the bottom of the page.
- Also fill in the paper form that you can download HERE. This form must be completed and returned together with your articles.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to exchange items. You can always place a new order.
Which courier service should I use to send my parcel?
We work with DPD for orders. If you want to return a parcel with DPD, find your nearest parcel shop on the DPD website. If you prefer to have your parcel delivered by another service, this is also possible.
What is the return address?
Returns are always on your own initiative, unless we have made a mistake in your order. In that case you can go to email@example.com.

How quickly is a return processed?
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs only in case you return the entire order. The shipping costs are a standard amount that does not depend on the number of products ordered. Therefore, we do not refund shipping costs if you only return part of your order. The refund will be made in the same way as your payment.
